Organizational Design

Organizational Design is a formal, guided process for integrating the people, information and technology of an organization. It is used to match the form of the organization as closely as possible to the purpose(s) the organization seeks to achieve.

There’s a saying that every organization is optimized to achieve the results it currently achieves. The implication is that, in order to achieve new and better results, organizations must try something different. Different results happen by taking on novel means of evaluating problems, spotting opportunities, and working toward future success.

Our Organizational Design team can develop a strategy for innovation and draw roadmaps for future growth. We can assist business leaders in determining what innovation means for their organizations, how it will impact their business, and what it will take to engage and mobilize their organizations.

We design through a human-centered lens to help them adapt and evolve. We conceive and develop spaces, tools, processes, strategies, and programs that prompt behavioral and cultural changes.
